I’ve seen a few Instagram posts of a waterfall in Gordon Town St. Andrew that I was curious about.

I did some serious detective work to see a full picture of the waterfall.

Direction to Enfield taxis.

Every feed that I scrolled through on Instagram did not have a full image.

Hence, I decided to venture to Gordon Town to capture this waterfall in its entirety.

I didn’t have a date plan until Simone Kist sent me one of the Instagram pages I was scrolling through.

I told her I knew about the location. I’m not sure if the waterfall is a small spring.

Then she sent me a picture of the waterfall. I almost fainted. I couldn’t believe I was going to have another waterfall affair.

Norris is going to be so mad when I visitor tells him I cheated on him in Gordon Town.

At this point, I didn’t care. I believe love is abundant, and other waterfalls need love too especially when they are sexy Warisha, Big Spring, Norris, Daren, and Cromwell to name a few.

The owner was very professional. Even my niece Bryanna was impressed with how he did business. I told him I wanted to be at the location by 7:00 AM even though he opens for business at 9:00 AM.

He also prepares breakfast and lunch for visitors. He just needs to know in advance.

We took a taxi to Papine Square. Then we continue to the Texaco gas station where we got a taxi to Enfield.

When we got to the property the owner whose name is Omar AKA Ramo greeted us. We felt extremely welcome. Almost like family.

I instantly connected with him. I loved his energy, very pure indeed.

We met Lucy, a smart dog belonging to Ramon. She’s very friendly.

We started the hike instantly because I wanted the perfect lighting when I’m taking my photos. The hike was around ten to fifteen minutes.

Upon reaching, I thought I teleported to a waterfall I saw on integral that was located in Ghana. I was spellbound.

Ramo said the name of the waterfall was Orchid. This name was given because a lot of Orchids grow in the surrounding area.

I don’t regret cheating on Norris with Orchid.

It’s never a dull moment when I visit waterfalls. I’m always in shock at their beauty.

The taxi turned at this point. We didn’t the exact location so we had to pay JMD200.00 more. We actually walked to Miss Lue statue for after explore Pretty Close.

Nothing beats hiking to a waterfall early in the morning to witness the magic.

This trip was a real getaway. We had Orchid fall all to ourselves. It was so lovely and peaceful.

Nestled in the hills of St. Andrew. It was a beautiful spot to just unwind.

The property is very spacious. You can find tour own spot to relax if the location gets too crowded or do what I do, visit early in the morning.

Ramo is a man of many talents. He’s a farmer, loves crocheting, and he found love, sharing nature with Jamaicans and people from around the world.

Ramon showed us his famous coffee that smelled wonderful. You can purchase your coffee on spot.

Also, to get inspiration when i’m on the property. I go there to write, relax, have fun, meditate, dream, and manifest beautiful things I need in my life.
