My Second visit to Burrel River Gordon Town

Don't listen to what they say, go see” ~ Chinese Proverb.

My first visit to Burrel River was relaxing and fun but we didn’t see the waterfall. I decided I would return with my brother Andrew.

I've taken the Gordon Town route to visit Fish Dunn, Cascade and Penfield Waterfalls.

We told the driver we wanted a stop at Burrel River.

He stopped along Gordon Town Road right at the entrance to the river.

We continued on a track, crossing the river to find the perfect spot to chill for the day.

We asked members about the waterfall which they said was close by.

I just was excited to go find it which was pretty weird.

The story behind the waterfall is that a guy by the name of Burrel died at the waterfall so they named it after him.

I guess my third visit is in the making.

Have you been to Burrel River? Did you see the Waterfall? Do tell!
